Shintenkasa is a character miniature from Thorns of the Rift, Daybreak Miniatures’ August 2025 release.
Thorns of the Rift are oni reavers from the Black Chasm, born of cursed ground and marked by obsidian thorns. They emerge from the Rift in devastating raids, bringing the violence of their molten homeland into the surrounding realm.
Physical miniature
The Scale option is the nominal gaming scale. This set uses a physical height reference of 40 mm at 32 mm gaming scale: approximately 35 mm at 28 mm scale, 40 mm at 32 mm scale, 67.5 mm at 54 mm scale and 93.75 mm at 75 mm scale. Individual poses may vary.
- Some models are single-piece; others may require simple assembly.
- Printed in solid, non-hollowed, ABS-like resin.
- Most supports have been removed.
- Bases are included.
- Supplied unpainted.
- Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
- Any warped parts can usually be straightened with hot water, although this is rarely necessary.
- Assembly can be done easily in a few seconds using a small amount of white (wood) glue on one part and strong superglue on the other.
